For customers with orders, sourcing quotes are completed the same day (China time); inquiries without an order take about 24-72 hours. Products already in stock ship within 1 day, and orders that need sourcing first ship within 3 business days after payment. Commercials are deliberately simple: you pay product cost + shipping + a per-order handling fee of US$0.50, $0.75 or $1.00 depending on the product. The app and quality checks are free and there is no subscription fee; storage is free for the first 30 days at the China and US warehouses, and storage beyond 30 days is charged at rates confirmed in your quote. A dedicated account manager and sourcing service are activated once you have placed at least one order.
Every order goes through quality checks before dispatch, and tracking syncs back to your store automatically, so your team is not copying numbers between tabs. Damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded — the exception is when the recipient address provided was wrong, which matters in COD markets where the address is only as good as the confirmation step with the buyer.
