Once you have placed at least one order, a dedicated account manager and sourcing service are activated for your account.
3. Quality control
Items are checked before dispatch, and warehousing and the app are free of charge. If a parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we reship it free or refund it — except where the recipient address provided was wrong.
4. Per-order fulfilment
We pick, pack and dispatch one order at a time, with no minimum order quantity. You pay product cost plus shipping plus a per-order handling fee. Orders for products already in stock ship within 1 day; orders that need sourcing first ship within 3 business days after payment.
5. Door delivery with tracking sync
Parcels move through door-to-door delivery options suited to COD markets, with tracking synced back to your store. Shipping from China to the US takes 8-12 days, and orders dispatched from the US warehouse arrive in 2-5 days. Overseas-warehouse direct shipping can shorten delivery by 7-20 days.
