About COD DropShip
COD DropShip (coddropship.com) is the dropshipping and sourcing brand operated by Mutual Dropshipping, a sourcing and fulfilment company based in Yiwu, China. If you are building or scaling a product business, the most useful thing to understand about us is what we are not: we are not a factory. We do not manufacture goods or ask you to commit to a single production line. We are a sourcing agent and fulfilment partner — we buy on your behalf, check what we buy, consolidate it, and ship it to your customers or to you. That distinction matters, because it means our job is to find the right product at the right cost from the right supplier for your market, rather than to push whatever we happen to produce.
Yiwu is the reason we can do that credibly. It is one of the world's largest small-commodity trading hubs, and our team works directly inside that ecosystem every day.
Two Ways to Work With Us
We work with two distinct types of business, and the model is different for each.
- Per-order dropshipping fulfilment. Built for sellers running stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Lightfunnel or via CSV/Excel ordering. There is no minimum order quantity. You pay only product cost, shipping, and a per-order handling fee of US$0.50, $0.75 or $1.00 depending on the product. The app and quality checks are free and there is no subscription fee; storage is free for the first 30 days at our China and US warehouses, and storage beyond 30 days is charged at rates confirmed in your quote. A dedicated account manager and sourcing service are activated once you have placed at least one order. Sourcing quotes are completed the same day (China time) for customers with orders; inquiries without an order take roughly 24-72 hours. In-stock products ship within one day, and orders requiring sourcing ship within three business days after payment.
- Bulk sourcing-agent service for importers and wholesalers. For those buying to hold inventory, we act as your sourcing agent: product selection by target price and channel, 3-5 alternative supplier options compared on cost, lead time and quality risk, supplier screening and audit, samples (the first custom sample usually takes 7-15 days), full-process quality control, multi-SKU consolidation into one shipment, custom packaging and multilingual labels. Bulk MOQs are usually 100-800 units per SKU depending on category. Payment terms are T/T 30% deposit plus 70% balance as standard, L/C for larger orders, and PayPal/Alipay for small test orders under US$2,000.
Where Our Products Come From
Our supply base is the Yiwu International Trade City and the manufacturing belts surrounding it — Jinhua, Yongkang, Pujiang and Dongyang. This gives us access to household goods, hardware and tools, bags, jewellery and accessories, textiles and apparel, toys, small appliances and seasonal gifts. Because we are not tied to one factory, we can compare suppliers within a category and select based on your price point, channel and quality tolerance.
Markets We Serve
We support sellers across Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and North America. Our local offices in Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Mexico, Germany and Italy, Dubai and the USA assist with customs clearance, warehousing and distribution, VAT and tax paperwork, after-sales coordination and local market feedback. Account managers speak Spanish, Portuguese, German, English and Russian, with Arabic-speaking support available for Middle East sellers. Overseas-warehouse direct shipping can shorten delivery by 7-20 days. For cash-on-delivery sellers in Latin America and the Middle East, our per-order fulfilment, door-to-door delivery options and local-language support are designed to reduce the friction of selling COD from a China supply base. We also offer DDP terms with tax and customs clearance handled under the order agreement, along with commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO/Form A), bill of lading, insurance policy and export customs declaration handling, plus HS code advice and document pre-checks.
Our Quality Approach
Quality control is structured rather than improvised. For bulk orders we run full-process control — IQC, IPQC and OQC — using AQL 2.5/4.0 standards, and we provide photo and video inspection reports. Compliance testing is arranged per product, destination market and batch with third-party labs; we coordinate inspections rather than promising blanket certifications. For dropship orders, damaged or lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded, except where the recipient address provided was wrong.
